The 24V narrow angled V6 engine, as seen in the V6 4Motion Golf, and R32 Golf, is the modern day predecessor to the VR6 engine. Making it an ideal upgrade for the original VR6 based vehicles, i.e., Golf 2.8 vr6 & Corrado 2.9 VR6.

Whether the existing VR6 you own is getting a little long in the tooth, or simply you require that little bit more power, combined with the smoothness of the modern day engine.

The V6 is also a particular must for those customers requiring a complete engine transplant to gain higher capacity increase, rather than going down the ‘forced induction route’, i.e., supercharger or turbo.
