PSI decided it was time to create a STORM
. No pun intended!
Originally coming to us as a completely standard 2.8 VR6, Rob wanted to add a few modern day touches to add to the driveability and performance of the Corrado. Without moving away from the normally aspirated muscle the VR6 is famous for, and of course the noise the VR creates.
Taking all this into consideration, it was decided that the best option was to convert to the 2.8 V6 24V, removed from a 2003 MK4 4Motion. We combined this with a Milltek De-cat pipe, Milltek cat-back exhaust system, BMC air filter, and Custom Code Phase 2 Software, to create a real animal. The vehicle is also running its original clocks and keys, to add to the OE effect.
FK Konigsport Silverline coilovers were fitted to add to the driveability and final look of the car. These matched with the 17 wheels give the Corrado a real stealth look.
As a final touch, 288mm Front discs were fitted with Boxster 2.5 Rear Calipers & Pads.
