




The Revo Stage 1 software is designed to be installed on a standard vehicle and by the installation of software alone increase power, torque, responsiveness and flexibility of the vehicles engine.
Revo Software works in harmony with the vehicle, maximising the safe potentional from the standard hardware whilst always working within factory safety parameters and retaining smoothness, reliability and fuel economy.

Revo Stage 2 performance software has been developed to attain the best possible performance from cars with bolt on performance modifications such as a performance exhaust, sports or de cat, intake and intercooler. Stage 2 ties together the upgrades and is tuned to maximise their potential on your car.
Typically you can see another 10-15% on top of the gain from stock to stage1 when using the recommended hardware upgrades. CEL Delete feature
Stage 2 allows you to run a de-cat or sports cat without having a CEL (Check Engine Light) come on. It also gives you more flexibility with settings over stage 1 to make the most of the additional potential from the up-rated hardware.

Revo Stage 2+ performance software has been specifically developed to attain the best possible performance from vehicles requiring further hardware modifications to stage 2 specification, such as a high pressure fuel pump upgrade on the 2.0T FSI.
Power increases depend very much on the hardware, settings and level of fuel quality being used. Typically you can see another 5-10% over the gain from stage2. The uprated fuel pump allows much more power throughout the rev range but specifically in the midrange on cars where the stock pump is insufficient.

Stage 3 software has been developed to compliment cars running more extensive engine modifications. The Stage 3 software is tuned to suit proven hardware upgrade packages, such as Revo's K04 turbo conversion for 2.0 TSI transversal vehicles. Tuning is adjustable and can be tailored to suit your needs; depending on your chosen specification you can yield up to a 200% gain over standard horsepower figures. For this software to run efficiently and reliably, a strict hardware build list must be adhered to. Furthermore, the SPS is highly recommended to guarantee optimal performance gains.

The standard throttle mapping on the majority of modern vehicles is setup to be very responsive to minor throttle input. This makes the vehicle feel more powerful as you get a sudden surge when you initially press the pedal. For general daily driving this is a great setup and makes driving quickly almost effortless.
When you start using a vehicle on the track or for spirited driving on your favourite country roads the standard throttle mapping can become a hindrance. Add the additional power that our customers run over a stock vehicle and for some the standard throttle mapping can be over sensitive. This is where a linear throttle map is beneficial. A linear throttle map is setup to give closer to a 1 : 1 ratio between the throttle angle and engine load. This gives the driver much more control as it allows for a much wider range of throttle modulation. | ![]() |

The Patented OBD2 interface is the ultimate compliment to Revo's performance software. The SPS gives the user the ability to switch between performance modes and a stock performance setting via the vehicle OBD port.
Revo SPS has a preset stock mode, the ability to store three performance settings and the additional benefit of a security lockout program (anti theft). Simply select a program, plug in, wait a few seconds, remove the select device and start the car. It's simple and there's no fixed switch to install in the vehicle. The SPS delivers different levels of functionality depending on the vehicle it is used with, and whether variable switching is available in Revo performance software.
